Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. collects information from our users at several different locations along our website.  Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected and will not sell or rent this information to others.  We will occasionally share this information with our affiliates and marketing partners contracted to do business on our behalf.

Affiliates and marketing partners are required to follow the Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. Identity Theft Prevention Program.  Further, affiliates and marketing partners are required to maintain and follow the provider's own ID Theft Policies and supply a copy of these policies to Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. upon demand.  Lastly, Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. requires its affiliates and marketing partners to implement and maintain an Information Safeguarding Program and supply a copy of this program to Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. upon demand.

SECURITY

Einspahr Auto Plaza takes all reasonable precautions to protect our users' information, both while the information is being transmitted and after it is received by us.

This website is hosted on a Secure Server.  When our credit pre-approval form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as social security number), that information is protected with encryption software, a standard for reputable organizations.  While on a secure page, such as our credit application form, the lock icon on the bottom of the Web browser, or above at the address bar, shows as locked (as opposed to unlocked, open, or not displaying).

There are two types of user information collected by Einspahr Auto Plaza: anonymous information gathered from cookies and log files, and personal information you provide to us for certain services.

Einspahr Auto Plaza, Inc. does not sell or rent user information to any third parties.  We share user information with our affiliates and marketing partners contracted to do business on our behalf.  When the user signs up for certain services and offers on our site, we will share names or other contact information necessary for any associate third party that provides these services.  We will share user information in accordance with the privacy policy in effect at the time the information is collected.

If a user's personal information changes, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct or update that user's personal data provided to us.  This can be done by e-mailing einspahr@brookings or by contacting Einspahr Auto Plaza as outlined below.

SITE USE BY MINORS UNDER 14

Einspahr Auto Plaza does not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 14 to participate in any services offered on our website which requires the submission of user information.  If we learn that a user is under 14 and has submitted user information to us, we will delete that information as promptly as possible.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

Einspahr Auto Plaza retains the right to change this privacy policy at any time.  We will post those changes to this page so that users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.  We will use, share, and disclose all information in accordance with the privacy policy in effect at the time the information was collected.

Vehicle prices are subject to change during or following sales promotions, if accessories are added, or services performed, to name some examples.  Vehicle prices do not include taxes or fees.  Vehicles shown are available subject to prior sale.

Online Payment Calculation

The Payment Calculator is for demonstration purposes only.  This is not an offer for a loan at these rates or terms.  Your actual loan may vary.  Fees, titles, license, and insurance are not included in this calculation.  It is an estimation only.

Online Trade-In Valuations

The valuation you may receive for your trade-in using the online trade-in evaluation form is an approximation of this region's current car values and will serve as a guideline as to the trade-in value you might expect.  A final inspection and/or more information may be necessary to finalize the evaluation.  Photos are not required unless you have some you would care to include.
